As a hiring manager, when you set up openings on the recruiting software, you need to share the candidate data with different managers and relevant team members. The easiest way to do this in Rpoforbpo is to assign folks to specific stages within openings that they are responsible for. For instance, Mahesh is responsible for screening stage, Max is going to be doing the phone interviews etc.
